Coilguard collects no personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, no leaderboard, no advertising, no analytics, no third-party SDK and no server of ours. The game requests no Android permissions and makes no network connections. Your progress, your unlocked cases and your daily claim are stored on the device and stay there.
Coilguard is developed and published by FrostVale Technologies, a trading name of Öztaş İnşaat Taahhüt Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, a company registered in Türkiye. Under Turkish data protection law the company is the data controller — although, as described here, there is no personal data for it to control.
The Android game Coilguard, package name com.mergehold.coilguard, as distributed through Google Play. It does not cover Google Play itself, your device manufacturer's software, or anything else you may open from your device.
Specifically, the game gathers none of the following:
Because none of it is collected, none of it is stored on a server, shared with anyone, or sold. There is no back end that could be breached.
So that a run survives closing the game, Coilguard saves your sector progress, gold and upgrades, unlocked cases and skins, your daily claim state and simple settings such as sound and haptics into its private storage area on the device.
None of it is transmitted, none of it is readable by other applications, and all of it disappears when you clear the game's data or uninstall Coilguard.
Coilguard declares no Android runtime permissions and does not hold the INTERNET permission. It plays identically with the device in airplane mode. If a permission prompt ever appears while you are playing, decline it and contact us, because it did not come from Coilguard.
The game contains no advertising network, no analytics or crash-reporting SDK, no social or leaderboard integration and no cloud save. Nothing reaches a third party through Coilguard.
Google Play handles distribution, installation and updates. Google may collect information about that process under its own privacy policy, which we neither control nor have access to.
Coilguard is suitable for all ages and is not directed specifically at children under 13. As the game collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, contact us and we will investigate — though the game offers no mechanism by which that could happen.
The strongest protection available is not holding your data at all. What the game does save sits in Android's private per-app storage, protected by the device's own security model and, on current devices, by full-disk encryption. Keeping your device updated and locked with a passcode or biometric is what protects it in practice.
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, Kanun No. 6698), and under the UK and EU GDPR where they apply to you, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request access, correction or deletion, and to object to processing. We hold no personal data about players of Coilguard, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct or erase on request. Everything the game has stored locally can be removed at any time by clearing its data or uninstalling it.
Complaints in Türkiye may be directed to the Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu, kvkk.gov.tr). In the UK, to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk; in the EU, to your national supervisory authority.
Coilguard works anywhere Google Play is available. Because no data leaves the game, there is no international transfer of personal data to describe.
If a future version of the game changes anything that affects privacy — cloud saves or online leaderboards, for instance — this policy will be updated before that version is released and the effective date above will change. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised policy. Earlier versions are not retroactively affected.
